  Hi Support,
  
  When taking Jess Lloyd to private the audio feed was not working, i asked if there was supposed to be audio in private Vs phone call and Jess said there should be but was not working, after a few minutes of no progress i had to disconnect as i could not hear Jess but the normal free stream had the music and mic chat working as usual.
  
  Hopefully it is fixed soon, was really looking forward to having fun with Jess.

  I just tried pervcam with Ice Thai and it wouldn't work, the black screen alternated with "buffering," "error," and "retry." I lost 50 credits and I wonder if I can get them reinstated. This happened about 5:45 AM on Thursday. My username is willmews. Many thanks and have a nice day.

  I topped up my credit and used them to watch Thai Alice via pervcam, I got a frozen picture and used many credits to see nothing.

  I just literally tried to private with Jess and no audio again, just as before, its works fine when not in private but as soon as i switch the audio stops. My audio is otherwise working, almost as if Jess's mic is muted or something :(

  Any news or insight here please? I would love to take Jess Prv and i just tried again but her audio does not work in Prv and now 500 credits gone in troubleshooting it. Even tried to call her whilst in Prv but the call menu does not have the numbers present. They show again outside of Prv, which i guess makes sense as you should not be calling in and in Prv at the same time.
  
  Jess said the producer will investigate but i have no way of knowing its fixed in the mean time, other than trial and error.
