  When you start digging under a certain ground you expect to find ancient Roman coins or artifacts and certainly not old and rare video game cartridges. Well, this is what happened in New Mexico where the very rage ET game for the Atari was dug up.
  
  
  
  The ET game was infamous for being perhaps the worst video game in existence and lead to Atari's demise and also contributed to the famous 1983 video game crash.
  
  Imagine the worth of these games now. THEY COULD SELL FOR MILLIONS!
  
  I think we need to send in the Rampant forces to retrieve them all so go Scotty!
  
  Also, I got you with the title! Atari isn't getting reborn but now you are reading the thread so it's a win.

  Well Phil, when this story first surfaced a couple of years ago (ouch), the point was made that the only reason the cartridges were so valuable was because of how rare they were.
  
  As soon as there's thousands in circulation, with supply outweighing demand, worthless.

  I've never actually been into et or any other games which involved aliens but when i saw this i thought wow what is so valuable about this game? And i searched it up and thought how can a game be so bad that it was hidden under heaps of sand/earth. Until i saw the gameplay... I am going to find this game, purchase it or steal it and destroy it with my very on fucking hand, its the most shittest game i have seen
