Beaten convincingly, and yet more comedy fielding from England with 2 early chance going begging, especially the 2nd that went in and straight again of Cook's hands!! I don't believe that would have changed the overall result but it would have made it more interesting for sure..

I don't know if I really subscribe to all this nonsense about form and whatnot, you can't get that many players getting out of form at the same time, and in his interview post match, Cook mentioned they didn't know what was going on... That is the really worrying thing. Ever since the summer Ashes win, which the 3-0 scoreline definitely flattered our boys, the signs were there that there were issues with players and overall performance... so, what did they do in the couple months between the 2 series???
You can have an off day or two, but not this, it's just being outclassed in every department, if we went about our jobs in the same way as these buffoons, we'd soon be on the end of a swift kicking and entry into the headmasters office!!!

They say that the guys in the team still have the drive and will to succeed, well from the outside looking in, it appears this is in short supply, perhaps they're kidding themselves about how much drive they really have....
An example - 2nd innings where KP just needed the mid & tail to stay there with him and basically block and nudge the odd bad ball.... what happened, ok some good bowling from the Aussies saw to a few wickets, but daft shots just ended up in throwing away their wicket!! Is this the drive and commitment they think they need?? Maybe some of the guys have gotten too big for their boots, and believe they're still the almighty invincibles!! haha, right o...
Mitchell Johnson has been cited as the main difference, well, they've had 4 matches now to look at him and know what he's going to do, so work him out, it's not rocket science, you're professional sportsmen, that's you're fucking job, retards....

Making wholesale changes for the Sydney match won't prove much either way, they're pretty much between the proverbial rock and a hard place now, might as well go and make it a 5-0 whitewash, but at least try to make it to the 5th day this time...

It's extremely disappointing, the class is obviously there, but how to get it to appear again... All suggestions please forward to the ECB...
