Watched season 3's penultimate episode earlier this week and, whilst largely devoid of humour (apart from a questionable scene involving a mobile phone), it still mannaged to be a very solid episode..in large part not only owing to the events within the episode but also the gore getting ramped up. That scene involving the woman early on and what rby does to her back..yikes. Entertaining stuff..roll on this weekends season finale.

Well, thats it for season 3 of 'Ash vs Evil Dead' and for the most part,it was a very solid season finale episode. Not sure about the way the episode finished up though. Where is Ash? Will we see the ghostbeaters and co ever again? Why move the story to what appears to be an unconventional setting? Do hope the show does get and 4th..come to think of it, 5th, 6th , 7th etc..seasons (that finally certainly strongly hnted at the shows desire to get renewed lol). As sasons went though, the season on the whole was very solid. The only real downside being the apparant lack of comedy present in the last 3rd of the season or so. After all, evil dead with out the black comedy present just feels off.
