  Arsenal were impressive yesterday although they couldn't quite pull off the upset. Ramsey made a big difference when he came on in terms of going forward the team looked way more threatening, I really wanted them to win so England would have some representation in the competition as i don't see city beating Barcelona.

  i wanted them to win, i think on the ball theres not a better team in the country, probably the only team actually better on the ball in terms of keeping possession and carving teams open out of nowhere are barca

  Arsene Wenger: Arsenal boss wants away goals rule changed
  
  The away goals rule should count after extra time rather than full-time, says Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
  His side were eliminated from the Champions League by the rule after drawing 3-3 on aggregate with Monaco.
  Arsenal lost 3-1 at home in the first leg on 25 February and went out after winning 2-0 at the Stade Louis II in Tuesday's return.
  "The rule was created in the 1960s and the weight of the away goal is too great today," said Wenger.
  Away goals only count after extra time in the second leg of League Cup semi-finals, but are applied after 90 minutes in two-legged Champions League and Europa League ties.
  They do not count in the Football League play-offs.
  Chelsea were also knocked out of the Champions League on away goals and Wenger said the rule was "outdated".   ere we go again sour grapes,you dont always get what you deserve in life but we got exactly that for being well to complacent in the 1st leg,rules are rules keep to them,and Managers are always complaining they,re always playing to much football,now he wants to play another 30mins,you cant win,not in our case anyway

  I definetly agree with that statement, the away goals for extra time is much more entertaining and fair, it brings back the element similar to the golden goal, which everyone loved!. Arsene knows haha but anyways we'll get our luch one year

  we're up there with liverpool, i think the breaks come at a perfect time, alexis is so tired now, theo needs to get some confidence, hope giroud stays fit and hungry, solid start to the season and we gotta make it count :D

  Arsenal are on a bit of domestic roll at the minute, but I reckon they were lucky to get the three points at Newcastle. Maybe lucky isn't the right word though and it shows they may have developed an edge where they can get three points even if they are not completely on top in a game

  Things are turning for us i mean especially injuries.Since we got the new medical team our players come back quicker. How many times this seasons have we heard that a so and so is back earlier than expected. So I think the medical guys are doing a great job.
  
  We just need to look at our training methods next, may be that’s why our players drop so easily. How many players come to Arsenal with no bad injury CV but the moment they play a few games for us they are injured for long periods..

  The game at OT in a few weeks has potential to be a huge game, probably the biggest United v Arsenal since the Champions League semi's a few years ago.
