Its been dragging out a while. Time to get some fresh blood in the team. Need to find out next Bergkamp, Adams and Viera now. Then there will be no stopping us.

I would love the legendary team we had during the 97/98 season back, with such players : Seaman, Winterburn, Vieira, Bould, Adams, Platt, Dixon, Wright, Anelka, Overmars, Keown, Parlour, Petit (thats all I can remember)
Nearly all of these player the better parts of their careers at Arsenal. But like you said there is very little loyalty in players on the new age which is a shame.

While van Persie will obviously be a big loss, there was no point keeping him once he said he wanted to go. I actually think Arsenal got a very good price for him considering his age. The big question is whether we will spend that money on a top class replacement which is vital if we have any chance of Champions league qualification this season.
