  Anyone actually surprised though?  Isn't this just what happens when Arsenal travel to a decent side these days?
  
  Anyway, transfers...
  
  How is Oxlade-Chamberlain, with 10 months left on his contract, worth £35m?  What would the fee be if he had, say, three years remaining?  £50m?  £60m?  To be honest I still can't work out if he's actually any good, and after years of struggling to get minutes for Arsenal it seems unlikely his prospects will be any better at Chelsea.  
  
  And Man City have apparently offered Raheem Sterling + cash for Alexis Sanchez.  You'd bite their hand off, wouldn't you?  A few years out of Sterling has to better than one year from Sanchez before he leaves on a free.  Surprised City are even willing to let him go really.  He's had a great start to the season, and whilst they'd probably be a touch better off with Sanchez in the short term, Sterling's like 6 years younger and only likely to improve.
  
  So yeah, in summary it all seems a bit mad and I want to know the thoughts of the gooners of this parish.

  Actually a very good post I'm not surprised to be honest.Oxlade is a very good trap to fuck Chelsea up I cant see how he,s going to fit in there.He is ok but not a Marc Overmars is he. I have never liked Sterling but he is much better than most of City's players so for him to come here and lose ol misery guts would be a great added bonus.I really have never seen how ol misery guts has had so much talk about how when he plays we play what total bollocks,Ha I,d rather have a loser in the side than the most conceited player ever to play for Arsenal.So in short the Ox can go and fuck Chelsea up and ol misery guts can go and try to win things which is very unlikely and we gain another English player so in all the future is going to get better not doom and foggy :D

  It's all swap deal at the moment goons. Another one I heard today is that Southampton want Walcott included in any deal for van Dijk.
  
  Quite like the sound of that one. Can't see the sense in keeping hold of a player that wants out, and Walcott, frustrating as he is, would be a decent addition for us I reckon.

  To be honest I don't care who stays or goes as long as they have a little of the attitude of Giroud.If he goes I,ll be gutted the most. Every game he has played for us he has given 110 per cent.All this about us winning or losing really makes me laugh when every cunt gets on our back just goes to show how every one rates us cos why not mention how all the other teams have got so much better.Todays supporters of all teams in the prem are not supporters they are all drugged up on money not patience and pride.Ok we can all blame Arsene but he is 1000 times better than 88 managers in this country and most in Europe just tell me would 88 teams relish having him at the helm .So really its not what the managers do on the training ground its the directors signing a cheque :( and then the supporters get their fix.

  Arsenal have bid £92m for Monaco's Thomas Lemar according to Sky Sports Sources, which leads me to believe the Sanchez deal to Manchester City is pretty much done if they are offering that much for the player.

  oh well that fell through haha, Arsene Wenger must be pissed especially as he scored twice for France that evening, and also the fact that he said he prefer to join Liverpool as they are in the Champions League.
  
  Ozil and Sanchez both to leave in the January window? or you think Arsene will just let them walk away for free at the end of the Season?
