Why always South America?

It's hardly the only continent with a load of poverty teams, and therefore the potential for wacky shit to happen in their poverty grounds.  

Yet, whenever we cast our eye upon a 'LOL! Look at this thing that happened during a football match!' moment; South America, without fail.  10/100% occasions.

Is it that they're not too hot on matters of security and logistics?

Or is that part of the world simply producing the very best in viral #content men?  Out here 24/7, devising and staging ever-more elaborate scenarios, getting that sweet, sweet online ad revenue...
