Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, John David Washington, Chris Rock, Mike Myers, Michael Shannon, Anya Taylor Joy, Rami Malek and Robert De Niro all starring in the same film directed by David O Russell. This should be really entertaining. It looks like a subtle blend of comedy and drama.

The echoes of real life that blended into the foundations of this caper were eye openingly entertaining. Bale is always amazing. Robbie and Taylor-Joy captivate the screen. Washington continues to grow as an actor. Rock provides doses of comic relief. Malik is very good. Myers and Shannon are a good double act. De Niro has effortless gravitas.
