  Have to only slightly disagree with you Junior even though you have got a point regarding his past fights but Saul Canelo Alvarez. That was some quality opponent that he faced there. He was undefeated in 43 fights that's a good record to go in with against Floyd Mayweather. Amir's a nice guy I hope he can make a lot of money for himself and win a few more world titles. He seems to be improving since he changed to the Virgil Hunter camp where the great Andre Ward is.
  
  Hopefully they'll teach Amir khan the technique of fighting on he inside which will improve or give him a slightly better chance of beating Floyd mayweather. Maybe he can change his style a bit while in that camp.

  I think that Mayweather would win because he fights so safe but Khan does have the tools to make it a very uncomfortable night. The only person I wouldnt want Khan to face is Cotto

  You're right there chub don't put him in there with Cotto. Cotto would destroy him. Khan doesn't have a good enough ability to fight on the inside. Cotto has more or less destroyed every opponent who has traded with him on the inside. Look what he did to Antonio Margarito: 10 round TKO. Literally caned him. We have not heard about him since.

  After last night's performance I would love to see Golovkin lined up to take on Mayweather as that would give him a serious challenge, Golovkin seems to be happy going back down to light middleweight for a bout if needed but not sure Floyd would fancy it, it's no win situation really

  I think this will be a good encounter as they both and skills and power. For Amir Khan if he gets this fight will have to be very cautious as Mayweather takes everything in to good account from beginning to end. So khan would have to vary about how he trains and how he will be on fight day if comes. Lets hope this fight this fight leaves up expectation if it happens.

  kinda repeating myself from another similar post i saw but f the amir khan vs floyd may weather fight ever does happen i think it can either make amir khan the biggest boxing prospect as a win would pretty much end may weathers career on a low and make khan the man to beat, but if mayweather wins it which he probably will i think thats the end of khan and mayweather will retire undefeated

  i dont know if mayweather will fight khan but if he does it will be a good fight for like 4 rounds and then i think it will be light work for mayweather just picking him apart to win the decision

  Yeah I agree with you, I can't see khan troubling him too much after the opening rounds. He's pure class and figures his opponents out if they are troubling him and adapts to it. Khan is skilled but mayweather is on a different level to him.

  Khan is a good boxer but against mayweather in las vegas would not go well for him . He could last 12 rounds but i don't think he can stand up to mayweather but then again all he needs to do is hit one punch and he's done it . But i think they won't collide for awhile .

  Sadly this fight was never going to happen. Floyd will duck him all the time. the only reason floyd is fighting manny is for one last big pay out. May weather is a quick fighter and good at counter fighting, but khan is much faster and can throw combos quicker than mayweather. i would think khan can control the fight, because i think may weather is past his prime. If this fight happen couple of years ago, i would say the fight would go to mayweather and he would have won on points. may weather doesn't have that power punch, but his style just out shines a lot of boxers.
