Alex Garland is a bit of legend when it comes to unique up films. Take ‘Ex Machina’ and ‘Annihalation’ for example. Well he’s back with new horror flick, ‘Men’ and it’s being hailed as a total mind fuck. What we thinking:

That looks like it's going to melt my brain, and I love it. I was already sold on it because of Garland and A24, but that looks really good. I love psychological thrillers like Get Out. So I'll definitely be checking this out.

I understood the underlying theme of how misogyny is so pervasive, relentless and ever lasting. The way society immediately moulds men from the second they are born into being abusive to women is so true. The performances were very good. The third act goes into full Cronenberg-esque body horror.
