Venezuelan born model, Aleira Avendano's has some seriously epic proportions.

Her insane waist to hip ratio was achieved by 3 boob jobs, a bum lift and a gruelling waist training schedule, which involved wearing a corset for 23-hours a day which shrunk her waist by 5 inches!

Aleira has attracted many admirers with her striking hourglass figure, but doctors have warned her of the dangers of shrinking her waist so much.
