  Well it's back in full flow with about 3 accounts logged in at once and oh look no mods deleting or banning him! The report button doesn't really work does it?

  Not sure how many reports are actually required, to get an account banned, all I remember dVIOUS saying, was 'multible reports', & said member would have their account 'banned for a while', how long 'a while' is tho, is anyone's guess

  I have a hunch that a certain member who has used multiple ids is to do with this.
  
  I note "the kid" appeared about 5mins before the others last night and immediately starts winding users up. Meaning the spammers like "hello kitty" could casually appear whilst everyone was too busy dealing with Rasaki to notice.
  Everyone was too busy arguing with him to deal with the others starting their own line of abuse towards members.
  These guys also seem to know ALOT about conversations had in there and who gets on with who
