Have no idea how long that went on for, as I ended up loggig out, the constant spamming, seemed to be affecting the site, as the streams kept freezing, the chat box kept losing connection

Hoping there can be a mod around, even at select times, just to check what's happening, & take any appropriate action, if required

Having a shift rota for moderators on the chat box is a great idea. I too saw what was happening on the chat box and it did effect the quality of the streams. So having a rota system for moderators on the chat box is one very good idea but I believe we need more ideas of that good quality to be put forward to stop this spamming on the chat box especially during the evenings and weekends.

FantasticMr. I know we can simply pm you or email customer support and we'll get some kind of answer at some point but not always as you guys are very busy which is understandable. Also because of moderating the chat box hasn't seemed to work in the past for some reason. Just faded out.

FantasticMr. You say you are working on things in regards to the chat box spamming. Good luck with that. Can I put forward this idea please? Why not have a report button somewhere near the chat box so that reports can be sent directly to moderators of the chat box/site? That way moderators can get direct feedback quicker. You could maybe have it near each user of the chat box. People might say this could be used wrongly especially against somebody they don't like but if that were to be the case then take that option away from the person abusing it.

Great points here guys in regards to having a moderator for the chat box. Sorry if my point went off the subject of needing moderators and into combining the idea of having a mod with alternative ideas. Please look into this FantasticMr. Thanks in advance.
