When you are that annoyed, why don't you ring the emergency services? Honestly what is going on?

So a woman called 999 because she was having a row over how many sprinkles were on her ice cream with the man in the ice cream van.

She was saying that that were sprinkles on one side of her ice cream but none on the other and apparently that warranted a call to the emergency services. This was the quote she gave "It doesn't seem like much of an emergency but it is a little bit". So someone could be in serious pain requiring immediate assistance and now hold the phone we have a problem with sprinkles OH MY GOD!

What a society!

It wasn't like this in old man Phil's day.

I'm not sure about over in the UK but here in the USA, if you call the an emergency service for something silly or without good reason, it is a felony and plenty of people have done jail time for doing so.

Unless you actually get through to the police with a claim and then change to something else and were just using a fake emergency to get through then the most you would get is a 'slap on the wrist'.

My favourite part of this story was that she said to the operator 'It may not seem like much of an emergency, but it really is...'

What kind of life does she lead where sprinkles on only one side of the ice cream is an emergency
