A cop pulled over the side of the road by a truck driver

This probably isn't the wisest thing to do. For one person however, he decided to pull over a police man because apparently he was speeding and talking on a mobile phone. Have a look at the video:





At first it seems as though the police man is very defensive but gradually begins to realise he was in the wrong and sort of says sorry. He almost but quite admits he's breaking the law.
