Hi All,

There are a few threads pertaining to the issue with the videos section. We are looking into this and will have it sorted. Apologies for the break in service.

These worked for a very short time but have now been down for about 48 hours again, making about 5 days out of the last 6. When will this be fixed, and will the broken videos be fixed? I hope so as there are so!e great recordings in there. If not, what is the point of being a VIP if we cannot see the recordings?

From my experience when I was a VIP, videos that are corrupt stay that way and cannot be uncorrupted and will eventually be deleted to tidy up the video section of unplayable videos. It would be nice if that situation has changed now and the corrupt videos do get converted to a playable format although I have never seen that happen so far.
