A little bit of weekend eating.

First up was the Viral “Supernova” in Soho. The queue was down the street before it even opened and people were excited to be there. The burger joint keeps it simple, a Cheeseburger, House Cheeseburger and Fries. Keeping it simple so they can churn out a consistent and pleasing burger. They smash the patties super thin from pucks not balls and make sure those edges get super crispy. All is all it was a 4 out of 5 for me, it was a great burger, fresh fries from clean oil but there’s something I can quite place my finger on but i think it’s possibly that the smash is just a bit too thin for me, I need a touch more bite in the texture but that’s down to personal preference and at £9 for a double burger and £3 for fried this is easily one the of the best burger in the are for such a good price.
