The Russkies couldn't wait for the Winter Olympics to be over and done with, so they could get more involved, although that would have made a much more interesting closing speech by the IOC guy!!! I guess they're thinking not many people will be watching the Paralympics, unless they reckon they can be in and out and done before it starts?
