Juan Cuadrado's real close to joining Chelsea from Fiorentina in a deal worth £23.3m. Mohamed Salah will move the other way on loan until the end of the season, and Andre Schurrle is in talks with Wolfsburg after they agreed a fee of £22m with the Blues.
Scott Sinclair has completed his loan move to Aston Villa from Man City, Aaron Lennon's on his way to Hull and Darren Fletcher is having a medical at West Ham.
Jack Cork's on the verge of joining Swansea for around £3m, and Ronald Koeman has confirmed he wants to sign Tonny Vilhena from his former club Feyenoord as a replacement. The Saints are still in for Serbia forward Filip Djuricic too.

And now some things that aren't. Burnley have pissed on Liverpool's chips by pointing out that selling them Danny Ings before the deadline and having him back on loan for the rest of the season would be in breach of Premier League rules.
Spurs want Kevin Mirallas to replace the Hull-bound Lennon, but Everton have told them to do one.
And Louis van Gaal has ruled out signing any defenders, or anyone at all, before Monday's deadline. Could maybe do with a defender though?
