But I think it is 'Architecture & Morality' by 'Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark'.

Yep you're right Aj, it is OMD with their 1981 album Architecture and Morality, probably most notable for the Joan of Arc (Maid of Orleans) and Souvenir tracks. I like OMD, they were quirky at the time and had some good electro tunes, something else I'm not ashamed to say I enjoy lol...
