Using sex as a transaction is the oldest trick in the book. If a guy has something valuable, why not try his luck and offer it up in exchange for sex with a hot girl. It's been going on for literally hundreds of years.



A landlord was recently secretly filmed offering free rent in exchange for his £650 a month flat in cardiff. The cheeky fucker actually wants to have sex once a week for that. I'd get it more if it was a swanky flat in London but what he's offering equates to £162.50 a bang. I know escorts who charge at least 500 quid an hour so what he offering seems a bit measly. Saying that, I've not seen the girl, she could be a right munter so maybe £162.50 a shag is a good deal. Anyhoo, take a look at the video below. Undercover reporter Sian Thomas met up with him at a fancy restaurant to discuss the details of the contract.

The meeting was airred on S4C Wales last night as part of a ‘sex for rent’ feature on the show Our World. When the landlord found out about the hidden camera, he sent an apologetic email begging the channel not to expose his identity. Is it just me or does anyone else feel sorry for this guy? I personally don't see anything wrong with what he's doing. Most girls wouldn't accept this sort of offer but there might be a few gals who would love a free flat in exchange for a quick 'in-n-out' once a week. Leave the poor guy alone!
