Daniel Radcliffe has come a long way from playing a geeky wizard in Harry Potter. Daniel steps into an action role in
Beast of Burden, where he must complete one last job as a drug runner before he can quit for good.
In the movie, Daniel Radcliffe plays Sean Haggerty, a drug-running pilot who teams with the DEA to bring down the ***** on the promise of medical treatment for his wife. Naturally, Sean’s last job turns into a nightmare when nothing goes to plan, and he has to chose between his allegiance to the *****, his deal with the government, and juggling his tense relationship with his wife. It doesn't appeal to me straight off the bat but I find that with a lot of Daniel's movies. Saying that, I didn't like the look of Imperium when I first saw the trailer, but loved it when I actually forced myself to sit down and watch it.
Beast of Burden arrives in select cinemas on 23rd February 2018.
