but i think they`re quite funny.
i think i probably liked the first one, can't really remember but i was younger when it came out so i probably liked the jokes more, but any that come out now or for quite a while before now have been rubbish
The first one of the scary movie films is the best of the series, but i do like all of them even if they aren`t as funny as the first as they go on,
but films like epic movie, disaster movie etc, it`s just bad scatter shot parodies of any film that`s out.
At least the jokes in the scary movie films are generally parodies of the horror genre.
If you want a good satire i'd suggest Aeroplane or it's sequel Aeroplane 2, or even the Mel Brooks classic Spaceballs. They all rock and none of the films mentioned above are anywhere near them in terms of funny.

however the film just smacked of style over substance, loads of people are going on about how great the soundtrack is but that's part of the proble, there's all these arty scenes with no talking and just music and they go on and on, in fact there's not that much talking in the whole film, none of the driving parts are either very good or last for very long and also there's not many of them
That's what happens when you make a movie out of a game that is basically music and diving.

I'm going to have to say Battlefield Earth which may not be a surprise to anyone unfortunate enough to have seen it, and I will apologise to humiliateme in advance for mentioning it again.
Possibly the lamest Sci-Fi action film ever made with bad special effects and terrible acting.
The cast could have been a lot better and so could the script.
The massive plot holes are massively unforgivable and it seems to go on forever, my ass certainly thought so at the time.
Apparently it's based on a book that John Travolta really likes and he did this to it, I'd hate to see what he does to something he doesn't like.

Avoid this at all costs and don't blame me if you decide you want to know what I'm talking about here, you have been warned!!!

For those who haven't seen it, Michael keatons wife dies, and he gets messages from her through a fuzzy tv screen and wierd radio waves.
She relentlessly tells him to "GO NOW! GO NOW!"
And his only answer is "Go where? Go where?"
This happened over and over again! No he didn't "go now". He stayed. And in the end he gets killed. Stupid dick!
And the reveal of the killer is farcical. But you probably won't care up to that point. How it got a sequel is beyond me!
Utter tosh!
Oh and while I'm at it, Alexander was pretty shocking too!
It would've been pretty rubbish if it was two hours long, but the damn film went on for FOUR FULL HOURS!!! Torture. The 3/4 Angelina Jolie scenes kept me going. What was with her accent though? Everyone else spoke normally!

another bad horror film comes to mind, The house on haunted hill remake, not good at all, and somehow it even got a sequal which was even worse.
For the people lucky enough never to have watched them don't waste your time.

tbh i think i could probably say most horror films are films i didn't like, i just get seriously fed up with the way that the vast majority have a very similar story, it nearly always seems to be "group of teenagers go on holiday/get lost/get stranded, find somewhere to stay/abandoned cabin/small village, and then realise the place is haunted/everyone's a canabal/mass murdering family

and most of them can be found on the horror channel, but there are some horror films which get alot of praise even though they're awful, like blair witch and paranormal activity, but then i hate the shaky cam style, only film like that i could stand was rec.
