Wow..really thought you'd get this one straight away Jesslloydfan (i kick ass for the lord..little sly clue there, a classic quote from the film). Worth noting that whilst the films director started off making low budget but, to me, legendary horror films, he then moved on to, by on large, making films of a far more complex, expensive nature..oh, and he once appeared in one of his own films as a character called Derek).

No takers..ok, as its been a couple of weeks heres another image. This one is considerably more obvious featuring the films lead protaganist near the films climax. This 1992 film has been defined as a splatstick horror comedy and was filmed in New Zeland.

As it appears theres no takers im gonna throw in the towel on my latest offering and pass the baton to whoever posts first. As for the film in question its the Peter Jackson early horror comedy offering 'Braindead'. A fantastic ride of a film hitting an eleven on the gore and bad taste scale..and all the better for it.. a classic. Anyone who hasnt seen Peter Jacksons early career horror comedy offerings really should check out the great 'Meet the Feebles', the fantastic 'Braindead' and above all others the legendary cult offering 'Bad Taste'.

I actually knew that one, but didn't see the pics that gave it away until you'd already revealed it. Good film, mad as hell though. As you've thrown it open here's a new one for people to guess at. I'll say it's a horror film and the two in the pic are pretty much the main cast, some people will recognise the male actor in the pic.

Hey JLF, I can't remember the exact title but it was short and had 'fear' somewhere in it. Is that close enough? I will keep thinking on it and see if I can remember the title before you reply.

RE: Guess the Film! - jesslloydfan - 26/09/2017

I'll give you partial because you got the fear bit right, but Fear is in a lot of titles. So not quite right but i'll confirm you are very close (One word off infact). I didn't find it to be the most memorable film myself and would never watch it again, so i'm surprised anyone actually recognised it at all to be honest.

RE: Guess the Film! - JamezZ - 26/09/2017

Ok now I remember that you have said it is only a two word title. It is 'In Fear' right? Apart from anything else there really can't be that many options for a two word thing with 'fear' being one of them. I agree, pretty crappy film but sometimes they are easier to recall.

RE: Guess the Film! - jesslloydfan - 26/09/2017

You're correct, it is 'In Fear'. When I watched it I bought it cheap, bought it based on the low price, a lot of very positive reviews on the case and one of the actors who is very good in Agents of Shield is in it. But it was terrible, only about 80 minutes long but it felt so much longer (think the reviewers praising it were on drugs).

Anyway, you are up next then.

I didn't post the image and tried to edit my post. Deleted it because it was a complete mess with trying to html code the image in. Now I can't repost. Testing this one as a different message.

RE: Guess the Film! - JamezZ - 28/09/2017

Ok, needed a different message before it would allow me to post. Now the original message:

'Ok great, it was the Agents of Shield actor that helped me remember it funnily enough. Let's try this one, I believe this isn't a very well known film.'
